MEET Sadie!

MEET Sadie!

Sadie is a female Border Collie mix who was born in December of 2005. Although Sadie is considered a senior, she is energetic and happy and has lots of love left to give! She is looking to spend her golden years with someone special!

Sadie is an extremely smart dog. She knows several commands from “sit,” “shake,” to “go lay down” where she will go lay on her bed. Sadie loves going for walks. Sometimes she will even go get her leash for you because of how smart she is! And with how cute she is, it will be hard to tell her no ;). She is one of a kind. Sadie is very obedient and sweet.

Sadie loves human affection so much. She does great with the bunnies in her foster home, but she is what we would call “dog particular.” With a proper introduction, she can do well with some dogs (usually older, large-sized male dogs). Sadie would do much better in a home without other dogs for her golden years though.

Sadie eats special food that she isn’t allergic too, which has kept her comfortable and healthy. You would never guess when meeting her that she is a senior! Sadie is completely house trained, so you won’t need to worry leaving her alone when you’re at work.

If you think you can love this girl in her final years, please fill out an adoption application today.

Like all Mikey’s Chance dogs, this dog will come to you from a foster home that has provided loving one-on-one attention, socialization and some basic training, as well as quality food and exercise.
