German Shepherd Dog - Young - Male
Adoptable Large Spayed/NeuteredUp-to-date with routine shotshousetrainedSpecial Needs

Hey ladies, my name is Socrates. I was born August 27, 2018 and I’m a male German Shepherd. I currently live with dogs of all sizes and cats. I can be a little clumsy for the little dogs and kitties in my foster home but I try very hard to be respectful of their space. My foster mom describes me as sweet but sassy. My favorite activities include cuddling, chewing on toys, and getting belly rubs. I would do best in a home with kids over 10. I am crate trained but not potty trained and will require a patient home while I learn this new skill. I’m an active guy and will need an active home that can continue helping me strengthen my legs. My sister and I were rescued after 4 months of being confined in a small space without exercise or proper nutrition so we have developed something called Carpal Laxity Syndrome. My very nice friends at Vista Veterinary Hospital think my legs will improve with physical therapy, exercise, and proper nutrition.
